Terms and Conditions of The Music Chamber school of music (TMCsm)

Tuition fees:

Tuition fees can be paid on a weekly or monthly basis. We accept payment by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer. Please pay your tuition fees on time.

Cancellation of tuition appointments:

At least 24 hours notice is required for re-arranging or cancelling tuition appointments, otherwise the lesson is forfeit and deemed payable. This also applies to gift voucher appointments.

In the event that the teacher has to cancel a lesson(s), the missed lessons will be re-arranged.

Enrolment Form and GDPR Form:

An enrolment and GDPR form will need to be completed before tuition commences.

Students behaviour:

We expect that students treat our tutors with respect. If a student has concerns or need to discus a situation that has arisen, they will need to address the issue with the director of music for the school. Please contact Mr. Scott Lannie tel 07590524525, or make an appointment.
